Program Overview
* What is the HeartsaverFACPRAED program?The HeartsaverFACPRAED program is a comprehensive training that combines online and on-site sessions to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed for first aid, CPR, and AED (automated external defibrillator) response.
* Is this a first aid and CPR class, not just CPR?Yes, we can provide First Aid or CPRAED or FirstAidCPRAED class as you like.
Session Details
* How does the online session work?The online session is the remote portion of the training, accessible through eLearning. Participants can complete it at their own pace, and it generally takes between two to five hours to finish. The content can be accessed from a computer or smartphone.
* What happens in the on-site skill session?The on-site skill session is a practical component where participants gather in a classroom setting to receive hands-on instruction from a qualified instructor. This session typically takes about two to three hours to complete.
* Is the full course taught in Japanese?Yes.

* What is the cost of the HeartsaverFACPRAED online session?For information about the cost of the HeartsaverFACPRAED online session, please contact the American Heart Association. The fee appears to be fixed and is not dependent on the number of participants. As of the latest update, the price per person is $20.05 USD.

We are able to travel to client sites to conduct CPR programmes. No transport costs are required if you are in Tokyo or Kanagawa Prefecture. The minimum number of participants is four.
* Can I use a credit card for payment?Yes.
* Is it possible to pay through invoicing?Yes.
Group and Bulk Arrangements
* Is there a maximum participant count for the on-site skill session?There is no specified maximum participant count for the on-site skill session. Training can accommodate different group sizes.
* Can we provide records for multiple employees at once?Yes, instead of having each employee complete the form individually, bulk provision of AHA training records and personal information for multiple employees is possible.

* Does this course meet the requirements that employers provide CPR/First aid training to their employees?We do not know. Please ask the employer. The course meets Guidelines 2020 of the American Heart Association.
